MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF A 47,600-SQUARE FOOT SELF-STORAGE FACILITY
NEW BRAUNFELS, TX, 5/5/2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Park Place 4 RVs, a 47,600-square foot self- storage facility located in New Braunfels, Texas, according to Mark R. McCoy, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Worth office.
The firm’s Fort Worth-based Karr-Cunningham Storage Team, which includes Brandon Karr, Bryan Quaschnick, and Danny Cunningham, partnered with Jon Danklefs, an investment specialist located in the firm’s San Antonio office and founder of the Danklefs Group, to exclusively market the property for sale on behalf of the seller, a Texas-based private investor. The buyer, a development group was secured by Mr. Karr, Mr. Quaschnick, and Mr. Cunningham.

During a month-long marketing period, our team was able to generate multiple offers. The buyer, a development group based out of Dallas-Fort Worth, viewed the property as an excellent opportunity to acquire an attractive property with long-term potential. As such, the Buyer plans to immediately break ground on approximately ten acres of expansion land in order to meet the growing demand for boat and RV storage in the greater Canyon Lake area.”
