MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF A 28,795-SQUARE FOOT SELF-STORAGE FACILITY
DEL CITY, OK, June 30, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Del City Storage, a 28,795-square foot self-storage facility located in Del City, Oklahoma, according to Mark R. McCoy, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Worth office.
Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, and leaders of the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team, teamed up with an additional investment specialist in the firm’s Fort Worth office, Elliot Barzilli to attain the agreement to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor and Oklahoma City native. The buyer, KO Storage, was secured by Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Karr.
According to Mr. Cunningham, “Our colleague Elliott typically focuses on multi-family investment sales, but he stumbled across this self-storage facility while trying to identify 1031 exchange possibilities for a client.
